thanks Lynda, Farmer's Wife and Lis

Remember the PB and J muffin thing two weeks ago? Lynda helped locate the recipe, Farmer's wife did the kid's test kitchen and Lis printed it in her online magazine Root and Sprout. I may have gotten the ball rolling on this idea, but Farmer's wife did a rather incredible job.
You will see my pita pizzas first, then down a bit is the muffin special.

that was all so fun to read! With the way things are in todays world it's so refreshing to read about people actually cooking and having fun. Next time I have the grandyoungins we're going to try the muffins!!!! yummy!!!

How fun! I really must make some of these, this week or next. It looks like a wonderfully quick and fun breakfast for my earliest riser (his bus picks him up at 7:15am).
